Our mission is to provide a convenient, equipment-filled, and safe place to workout and achieve goals that promotes welcomeness and comfortability. Our monthly memberships are available for as low as $64.99 per month, and we offer 24 hour access, full lockers, rental lockers, clean bathrooms and atmosphere, towel service, free weights, an aerobic room with online classes, steam (coming soon), and a sauna (coming soon).
Zachary ArckMarch 5, 2024This gym is one of a kind. Business travel brings me to downtown Cincinnati often and i've been seeking out a gym that allows me to keep with my fitness regimen. This gym has it all... a plethora of equipment ranging from all of the essential powerlifting items you would need (Deadlift platform, reverse hyper extension, squat racks, bench presses), as well as any and every machine you could think of. The gym also has a very nice heavy bag and cardio area as well as I see a sauna/pool/hottub will be opened soon. This is my new spot i'll be at a few times a month when in town. I hope to see it flourish as it is quite the gym!

I loved the large space and the amount of machines and free weights that were available to use. I recommend this to every person looking to get better and achieve their fitness goals.

It has always been a great place to workout, and the new owners have only made it better. Bill at the front desk is a wonderful, smiling man, who always keeps a good stock of clean towels and makes sure the weights are re-racked. The locker room facilities are not overly fancy, but they are very clean and safe (I have never experienced nor heard about any theft problems). They have an excellent selection of workout equipment, with loads of free weights and tons of machines. And the folks who workout there are nice and normal. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for somewhere to workout downtown, look no further. This is your place.
